Arne Slot has insisted the uncertainty over new deals for Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah will not affect Liverpool’s season. Liverpool
remain top of the Premier League at the moment and their late win at Brentford at the weekend left them six points clear at the top of the table. They will
also have a chance of reaching the Champions League last 16 if they can get a good result at Lille on Saturday. There is
no word yet on new deals for Van Dijk, Salah and Alexander-Arnold, with all three having less than six months remaining on their current deals. However, the Dutchman insists the speculation has not affected them.
“It has not affected the team and in fact the only one of the three who has not performed well this season was Trent against United,” Slot told สมัครสมาชิก UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีทุกวัน
. “The other games we have played, Virgil, Mo and Trent have all played up to that standard or above. “
The trio are free to negotiate with overseas clubs over pre-contract deals. Then there are reports that Real Madrid are keen on signing Alexander-Arnold and Salah is a big-money target in Saudi Arabia.
In recent months, Salah has admitted that this could be his last season at Anfield with no progress on his contract.
